About Woznicki Behavioral
Woznicki Behavioral came from a long overdue concept that many people want to achieve emotional, life altering, academic, or professional goals at some point that has the underlining need for 1-on-1 coaching and guidance. Perhaps it is reshaping how you approach stressors and sorting out life, wanting to go back to school, a job change, grabbing control of stress and triggers, or addressing those anxiety hurdles preparing to make the leap into something new. Behavioral health life coaching is much more than producing end results - it is the recognition of needs, confident soul-centered thinking, longevity of having a plan to succeed, and the sustainability to tackle barriers head on alone.

Over the past decade, I have been a behavioral specialist for individual with developmental disabilities and mental health clinician for area agencies and privately contracted. My work has been primarily with adults 18 and over, both males and females, in community homes, personal homes, shelters, and agency day programs. I take my time, build close relationships with the client, staff, family, and doctors. This isn't my full-time job, but a role I enjoy and have had success with. I have been asked numerous times to go beyond the individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities population and work with a wider community scope that may need guidance - thus offering both behavior supports for the IDD population and behavioral health life coaching for adults, parents, athletes, teens, youth, college - just about anyone who desires support.

Over the past several decades, my experiences have intertwined with each other creating a web of knowledge. Behavioral Health Life Coaching & Behavior Supports is a collection of passions that I have gained over the years. The path began from the many behavioral and educational plans I’ve been a part of both as a parent and professional. We all want positive outcomes on our endeavors and sometimes need a guide to accomplish them. That isn’t a weak mentality, that is smart, proactive thinking. My private, independent contractual work is empowerment driven, a toolbox for building confidence, a detailed game plan to better yourself, and developing a mindset for life's challenges.
