Our Behavioral Health Life Coaching program is structured around listening to you foremost, and tandemly structuring a mindset to move forward, planning for the changes, grasping control, and behaviorally dissect the hurdles that you will face. Behavioral Health Life Coaching is geared towards the ones that want to jumpstart their path of positive thinking, a fresh outlook on themselves to apply change, and reframe and shape decisions to make action. You could be someone needing structure and a game plan boost, embarking on a job transition requiring a behavioral motivation plan of attack, a college student plotting a career path with anxiety or fear of the unknown, or a parent getting back into the swing.
Accountability is a priority. Expectations will be lined out. This is all about You.
Sessions are 1:1, 45 minutes, evenings or weekends.
