Guidance of Plans & Data
Greg has 10 years consulting in adult intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. He will work with your staff to create FBAs, behavior support plans, restrictions, SEEPs, data collection, and staff training modules. Consultation is available for high demand and high behavioral needs. Consultation does not include hands-on client interactions.
Consultation may also include an option to be part of the provider's case consults, but not a Human Rights Committee review.
Service delivery may be a combination of afternoon, evening, and weekend in-person, phone, email, and virtual contact.
Behavior Service Program Design
Greg will work with agency leaders in clinical questions, suggestions, program framework, and how best to implement a behavioral service for their agency now and its sustainability. What works for your population, staff, and company goals.
Support does include development of service leadership to train others.
Great for adult based community and residential programs seeking guidance to add behavioral services or improve current delivery.
