Often, qualified Masters level Behavior Specialists need clinical leadership and training in steering a department. G3 Outcomes LLC supports behavioral staff and serves as a must-have for program development specifically in new or transitioning behavioral services for New Jersey and Delaware providers, Pennsylvania Nonprofit Non-ODP / Non-Waiver agencies, and Anywhere Virtually. Our services are not designed to offer a psychiatric replacement for clientele, nor will G3 Outcomes LLC train staff to administer medications.​ Supervision sessions will not count towards any staff licensure hours or credits. G3 Outcomes LLC is not a licensed mental health or counseling program. G3 Outcomes LLC provides supervision and training techniques that is consistent to behavioral specialist roles and direct support to individuals working within a IDD population or a nonprofit setting.   ​​
